      Dependent Questions within Applications

      Sometimes responses within applications lead to further questions. These can be created with Dependent Questions by following the steps below.

      1. Add the new question within the application by selecting + Add new question.
      2. In this example, the Answer Type is set as Multiple Choice.

      3. Next, scroll down and click +Add Answer. To add the response of Yes or No, you will need to complete this step twice.
      4. Complete the remaining fields and click Update to save the information.
      5. Now you are ready to add the Dependent Question. Click + Add New Question again. 
      6. Toggle to Yes for Dependent Question and select the parent question we created above. 
      7. Select the Answer Type and add your new question.
      8. Scroll down and click Save.
