How to Submit a Support Ticket

The best way to contact ROC-P Support is by submitting a ticket. This will allow you to track the status of your ticket, see where your ticket is at in queue, and often times how long it will take to resolve a reported issue all in one dashboard.

To submit a new support ticket:

  1. Login to your ROC-P account and click Support > +New Support Ticket.
  2. Complete the required fields and add any additional information helpful for the ROC-P team.
  3. Based on priority and need identified, we will place your ticket into the appropriate queue for a response and/or resolution.
  4. ROC-P will respond to your ticket with information or next steps.
  5. Include "URGENT" in the ticket name for critical issues requiring immediate attention.

Please note, the ticketing system is only for administrators at your organization.
