Updating a Person's Profile Category
Profile Category controls a person's ability to sign into their account within ROC-P. Only accounts with an "Active" Profile Category are able to sign into the ROC-P account.
Other Profile Category options are for reference purposes and are unable to access the ROC-P account.
To update the Profile Status:

Go to the Contact tab for the person.

Scroll to the Account Information section.

Select Inactive in the dropdown titled Profile Category.

Click the green Update button at the bottom of the page.
