Why do requirements not show complete when items were done?

Many factors may contribute to requirements not automatically updating.

Requirements are fulfilled when a particular task is completed within ROC-P.

Generally, if a cycle has been generated after a particular task to complete a requirement is done, the system will not recognize the requirement as complete.

In the event certain tasks are done but the Requirement is not recognizing it, you can manually edit the requirement from the person's "Certification" tab.

  1. Click the Edit button on the requirement.
  2. Mark the requirement as complete.
  3. Select the item(s) that fulfilled the requirement from the table.

Once saved, the requirement will show as complete.
